Privacy policy

In short: PewPew TD doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and the Android app doesn't use the internet. Your progress stays on your own device.

Who we are

PewPew TD is made by BDEV CommV, Turnhoutsebaan 125, 3294 Molenstede, Belgium (enterprise number 0801.397.964, "we"). This policy covers the PewPew TD app on Google Play, the browser version of PewPew TD, and this website.

What the game collects

Nothing. We don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal information, and the game contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting code. The Android app doesn't request permission to use the internet, so it can't send anything anywhere.

What stays on your device

The game saves your progress and settings (levels unlocked, best scores, sound volume and similar) on your device: in the app's own storage on Android, and in your browser's storage for the browser version. This data never leaves your device and we can't see it. Uninstalling the app, or clearing your browser's site data, deletes it.

Services from others

You get the Android app through Google Play, and the browser version is hosted on itch.io. These services handle their own data under their own privacy policies: Google and itch.io. We don't receive personal data about you from them; Google Play may show us anonymous statistics such as the number of installs and crash reports.

This website

boeckx.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other sites. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure; see the GitHub privacy statement.

Children

Because the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.

Your rights

Under data protection law (such as the GDPR) you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. For PewPew TD the answer is that we hold none. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to answer it.

Changes

If the game ever starts handling personal data, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
